Call for Volunteers: MLA '24 Hospitality Booth

The MLA 2024 Local Arrangements Committee is looking for volunteers to staff the hospitality booth during the annual conference in Portland, Oregon from May 18-21, 2024. Help conference goers get around Portland and provide information about local things to see, do, and eat!

Both MLA members and non-members are encouraged to volunteer. For interested non-members, if you volunteer for 6 hours, you will get a one-day pass to the conference so you can get a taste of the conference experience. Members: if you know non-members at your organization or through professional connections, please encourage them to sign up!

Who: You! (local knowledge preferred)

When: Saturday, May 18, 2024 - Tuesday, May 21, 2024

Where: Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd., Portland, Oregon

How: Sign up for time slots via SignUp Genius. Access code: MLA2024. Note: Under the comment section for each time slot that you sign up for, please indicate if you are an MLA member or non-member.
